Additionally, you have a 350 m2 outdoor terrace area, including a 150 m2 heated swimming pool, your orchard of over 2500 m2 of lemon, orange, olive trees, and a private vineyard of 2-4 hectares. Add the natural beauty that the island has to offer, and you'll feel like you are in paradise.
